You can also check your order status in Fedex web-site or Hong Kong Post web-site with the given “tracking number”.

We ship our orders in 2 business days (Monday – Friday) for immediate available stocks.

Note : We don’t ship to PO Boxes as all the packages are required signature for acknowledgement.

We provide a 7 days warranty in case the item is misrepresented, buyer must return the merchandise that was purchased in exactly the same unworn conditions with the original packaging that it was received-in within 7 days. All returns need to communicate with our customer service sales@maxi-jewels.com. And you’ll receive a Return Authorization Code as well as detailed instructions for returning your order. Service / handling charges might apply. Refund will be issued after we checked / inspected the “returned item”.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Note: maxi-jewels will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please make sure the return packaged is properly packed & insured.
